When I discovered djing even existed I was hooked, from 14 years old back in 1993 right though my years to date, I saw a friends brother ( Nut E Cee ) Mix 31 seconds into dark stranger , I'll never forget it, I was in owe. Once into the scene I started to follow my favourite djs, SLIPMATT, HYPE, RAY KEITH to name a few, I watched Slipmatt and hype scratching skills and tought myself the movements on the crossfader and platter, and was soon scratching just like my idols, Then came the jungle with ray keith and honed in on my mixing skills by copying ray style. Over the years I've become better and better with my own sound and style of mixing and scratching techniques, I joined Cyndicut in 2021 during the covid pandemic and im so proud to be part of this foundation station that's been going strong since 1989, if you'd like to lock into my shows I'm usually on from 5pm every Sunday, sending out love and vibes to you all, see you on the airwaves
Dan Fulham
Dan Fulham
Originally from Dublin and currently based in Melbourne, Dan Fulham is a DJ and promoter with a love for all things old skool—from acid house and rave to breakbeat and hardcore. The journey started at the age of 21, back in 2015 after a life-changing night at Shiiine On Festival, where he first saw Graeme Park and Mike Pickering deliver an 88/89 Hacienda set. That moment led to a fast obsession into that era of music, leading him into DJing and promoting. Since then, Dan has since played at events across Ireland, the UK, Ibiza, and Australia, sharing stages with the likes of Slipmatt, K-Klass, Utah Saints, Altern-8, Orbital, Todd Terry, Mark XTC, Marshall Jefferson, Sunscreem, Awesome 3, Jon Dasilva, A Deeper Groove and 808 State. He’s been the resident DJ for Shiiine On’s “Rave On” series, a regular at Slip Back In Time from 2022 through 2025, and toured the UK in 2023 as the support DJ for EMF. In Melbourne, Dan founded EOSM (Essential Old Skool Melbourne) to give old skool culture a proper home down under—hosting parties and bringing over legends like Slipmatt, DJ Brisk, Mark XTC, DJ Nee, DJ AviT, Tony King, Mark Dynamix, Victoria Newton (Strike) and many others. Dan also started Liberation Dublin, a night playing new Hardcore music released on labels such as Kniteforce Records and Peace on Wax. His show on Cyndicut Radio for Old Skool Thursdays is both a celebration of the past and a nod to the future. Expect an eclectic mix of rave, house, forgotten gems, and even some new tracks that still carry that old skool energy. Get ready to listen to tunes that will make you move!

Dirty Rotten Scoundrel
Dirty Rotten Scoundrel
Wed 09.00-11.00 Fri 09.00-11.00
Since 1997 Dirty Rotten Scoundrel has been into Dance music, from going to his first rave at the Manor in Ringwood to the present day. After experiencing his first taste of dance music he fell in love. He would buy all the tape packs he could get his hands on. After going to more club nights and watching djs perform, he got the bug and bought his first decks! They weren’t the best but had to do. His first first vinyl purchase was ATB - 9pm till I come. The addiction began. After that he used all his money to buy new vinyl and new cds to find out the latest tunes. As it was the end of the 90s, the trance records were amazing! Paul van dyke, Push and so on. Then on NYE of 1999, DRS got his first private gig with John doe. It was a very big barn party and if went off with a bang. After that he went to more club nights and met lots of people that loved the music that he loved to. This was how he met DJ Chunky, who helped him get into the music scene. Going round to his house for mixes he realised that he was a great dj and offered him a set at his club night Experi-mental in Bournemouth. Of course he accepted. So this was his first set at a club. It was a small club, but the atmosphere was electric. The set went down a treat and he was asked to be a resident for Experi-mental. And that was Dirty Rotten Scoundrel’s first residency. After that, Experi-mental made a name for themselves. Then DRS got bigger when Experi-mental got the booking for the Opera house in Bournemouth, the home of slinkys. On NYE of 2005 he had a prime time set in the main hardcore room with his good friend Lil’ Bri (Brian Holt). As the years pased, DRS gained more bookings for more club nights such as Resonate, +12 and Fusion and more. In 2006 he moved to the Isle of wight to start a new life. Twenty First century Records was born, and this was the beginning of Dirty Rotten Scoundrels own club nights. He had his First night in Ryde with Dj Sy and his residents. The night was amazing and he enjoyed organising it. Meeting lots of new people on the island got him more bookings for local events such as Spaced inc music and of course Adrenaline. After 15 years on the Isle of wight, bookings dwindled as DRS got married, had kids and was enjoying family life. However, His love for music and DJ'ing only grew stronger and the decks were never packed away. After his home situation changed in 2021, DRS moved off The Isle of Wight to Southampton and into a new relationship which gave him new determination and ambition to network back into the music scene. Since then, Dirty Rotten Scoundrel has evolved massively. Hes upgraded his home set up, purchased tonnes of new music, rebranded his logo, created a new rave brand with his own club nights called ‘South Coast Ravers’ (which has been going for over a year now and has been really successful) gained lots of bookings which just keep coming (and not just for hardcore, Drum & bass too!), runs a twitch radio channel, is now a part of DAB radio station Cyndicut Radio where he has a regular friday drum & bass show 9-11am, and he has even released a single with DJ Burnout on Scarred digital.

Started out in 2020 buying a mixer, turntables and a handful of records. Refusing to ever go digital and without knowing a thing about how music was even put together, I taught myself the very basics through countless hours of trial and error & attending hardcore / jungle raves not only to party and admire that earlier sound which still sounds fresh to this day, but to actually watch and learn from the very best do it themselves right in front of me. I would literally stand there for the entire set watching and listening for everything they done. Love playing all sorts old school, and showing off the newer stuff amongst it. Catch me 4-5 PM weekly on the Sunday evenings, always on the turntables too! The most digital we’ll get is DVS and that’s only if it can’t be helped!

Dance music has run through my veins for over 30 years, yet it’s the sublime beats and deep hits of drum n bass that flows through my soul nowadays. I started DJing in 1991 originally with techno, house, and trance on a treasured but battered pair of Soundlab beltdrives. After a break from DJing in my late 20s I picked up the digital baton after listening to lots of drum and bass. Now, the equipment has been upgraded several times over the years, with me mixing both digital and vinyl tracks, and rolling dnb is my main passion, especially tracks from the late 90s to around 2010.

🎧 DJ Rhythm / Higher Sense DJ Rhythm, also known as one half of the 90s Jungle production duo Higher Sense alongside Ant Miles, is a long‑standing contributor to the UK underground dance scene. During the mid‑90s, Higher Sense released a series of influential tracks, including the much‑loved “Cold Fresh Air” and “Listen Up” — both of which became staples of the era and remain respected classics within the Jungle and Drum & Bass community. Following the success of Cold Fresh Air, Higher Sense moved to the influential Moving Shadow Records, where they continued throughout the mid‑90s to produce a run of well‑regarded releases for Rob Playford. Their music became known for its uplifting feel, rolling breaks, and a focus on raising energy and lifting spirits — a theme that still runs through Rhythm’s work today. After stepping back from the scene for a number of years, Rhythm has recently returned to both radio and music production, reconnecting with the culture that shaped him. His renewed presence brings a fresh energy while staying true to the atmospheric, uplifting sound that defined his early work. Today, DJ Rhythm hosts two weekly shows on Cyndicut Radio: Old Skool Thursday – The Radio Rave Show A warm, nostalgic dive into classic Jungle, Hardcore, and rave anthems from the era he helped shape. DNB Friday – Drum & Bass Sessions A forward‑looking mix of modern Drum & Bass, deeper cuts, and underground selections. Rhythm’s approach is simple: lift spirits, share good music, and stay connected to the roots of the culture. His shows blend experience with enthusiasm, offering listeners a genuine, down‑to‑earth connection to both the past and present of the rave movement.

At a young age of 15 years I loved to play out at free parties travelling around Essex , Suffolk & Norfolk following that Hard House & Acid Techno scene as it was back then. I have always been into Jungle,D&B, BreakBeat, and Old Skool But Hard House And Techno Was a big part of my journey into Dj’ing As a young DJ I used to watch many Dj’s from all over playing a wide range of different music with completely different styles that fascinated me. over the years I sort of took little bits from each Dj and started to create my own way of DJ’ing and creating my own personality. As the hard house and techno era was coming to an end I was playing a lot more breakbeat Hardcore, jungle, D&B Over the last few years I’ve been fortunate enough to play at some incredible places and met some amazing people along the way. Myself and My Partner now run our own events (TerraRise) that has been a success since we started it back in 2023 Genres Jungle Drum & Bass Breakbeat House old skool Jungle Hardcore Techno Radio stations Kool Fm Rough Tempo Themes Delta 808 studio Uk Raw Network FM Mix93 FM I Love finding new and old underground music to share with like minded people

One of the first 12” singles I ever bought was “The Adventures of Grandmaster Flash on the Wheels of Steel”. Never did I ever imagine I would one day share the decks with him. Trademark (aka Synchronome), has had a career spanning over 30 years which has taken him all over the world in support of some of the biggest DJ’s of his generation. With a vast music collection, he has always taken his plethora of musical influences and applied them to his DJ sets. Having been established from the early days of the rave scene we shouldn’t pigeonhole Trademark into just a Drum & Bass DJ. Far from it! Mark recounts… ‘I have played alongside some of the greatest and most influential producers and DJ’s within the Electronic music scene. I love playing great music, and I will always try and take people onto that special journey with one of my sets. I played before Carl Cox at Bug Jam 36 (2023), and for my last tune dropped Bicep’s ‘Glue’, the Need For Mirrors bootleg. The crowd erupted. One of my favourite DJ’ing memories’. Having performed at some of the biggest early 90’s raves (World Party), under Synchronome, he was also co-writer to the rave classic “Made In Two Minutes”, and went onto release “Turn Up The Strobe”, before heading to the bright lights of Hollywood armed with a record box full of the latest white labels and dubs from the emerging London Jungle scene. Today he is regarded as one of the original founding DJ’s of the Los Angeles Jungle / Drum & Bass scene. This legacy still continues right through to today, where he is regularly invited to DJ at some of biggest clubs (Respect), and festivals (EDC & Nocturnal Wonderland), within the United States. Upon his return from L.A. and with a new DJ name Trademark, he then went on to DJ at some of the most legendary Drum & Bass clubs in London (Bar Rhumba, Herbal….) Trademark has also graced the turntables at festivals all over the U.K. He has supported and performed with artists such as Daft Punk, Joey Beltram, Carl Cox, Plump DJ’s, Krafty Kuts, Doc Martin, Steve Loria, Fabio, Roni Size, Krust, DJ Die, Randall, Kenny Ken, Jumping Jack Frost, Bryan Gee, Altern-8, 2 Bad Mice, Shades of Rhythm, Ratpack and many more. What’s interesting to know is that Mark has achieved all this with an imperfection to his left ear. His passion to play music and to entertain has helped him overcome this. Mark says ‘It’s never been about fame and fortune, but for the love of Music, I only want to entertain and make people dance’.
